Our Story
Twelve practicing Advocates from Hon’ble High Court of Odisha are working for UAA in fields ranging from banking law, property law, environmental law, human rights, contract, constitutional, cyber, civil & criminal laws, tortious cases, personal/family law, insurance law, mining law, election law, medical law as well as newly emerging sports law among others.
With its principal office located in a three-storeyed building at Swagat Vihar, Hanspal, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, UAA advises a diverse clientele including domestic and international companies, banks and financial institutions, non-governmental organizations, educational, healthcare & religious institutions, promoter groups, public sector undertakings among others.
UAA is the official legal partner of Dilip Tirkey Sports Research Development Foundation (DTSRD), a not-for-profit initiative of Padma Shri Dr. Dilip Tirkey, President of Hockey India, former Rajya Sabha M.P. & former Captain of Indian Hockey Team. The Founders of UAA have sown the seeds of DTSRD.
Prime Abhilas, an alumnus of National Law University (NLU), serves as the Managing Partner of Universal Allied Advocates (UAA). The Founder of UAA, Adv. Dibakar Parichha served as a Central Government Counsel being appointed by Ministry of Law and Justice Department of Legal Affairs, Government of India for conducting Central Govt. cases between 2009-2012. He has experience of participating in legal trainings on Social Change, Human Rights and Minority Rights at Geneva, Switzerland, Munich, Germany and Rome, Italy.
